Our History
WorkMax began with a team of construction professionals who saw a clear disconnect between owners and their crews. We knew there had to be a better way to bring the two sides together — and in 2003, that idea became reality.
Our first innovation was a mobile time tracking app that bridged the gap between the office and the field, finally giving everyone, from project managers to accounting teams, a clear, real-time view of what was happening on every job.
But we didn’t stop there. What began as time tracking solution grew into a complete field management platform that transforms how contractors capture, share and manage field data — from labor hours and digital forms to equipment tracking and productivity insights.
In 2023, WorkMax was acquired by Foundation Software, the #1 provider of construction software and services.
