From what we can tell, this real-time tracking allows project managers to take corrective action before an active project goes over budget. The ease to pair accounting systems and the time tracking app isn’t very clear so we’re unsure how quickly all the data can be synced.

busybusy includes a straightforward scheduling module that is not as advanced as standalone scheduling software. However, it does make adding employee schedules as simple as double-clicking the desired day and selecting “schedule work” or “schedule break.”
The PTO tracking system allows employees to request time off directly from their mobile devices. Meanwhile, the break scheduling tool helps companies remain compliant with labor laws by tracking mandatory rest periods.
