After working in technological sales for over 20 years, Ron joined WorkMax in 2017, helping clients implement software. His ability to find cost reducing opportunities has thus far saved users millions of dollars a year.

Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and is well versed in the latest technological trends — he’s always open to discussing tech or software issues with clients. Ron is a natural people person and prides himself on his organizational skills and attention to detail.

As a Regional Sales Manager, Alex uses his expansive knowledge of the construction industry to help simplify payroll and time tracking for his clients. While earning his Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University, Alex worked as a sales intern, which is where his passion for sales began.

Throughout his career, Alex worked as a Software Support Representative, an Implementation Specialist and eventually migrated to a role that combines all his talents and passions.

Since joining WorkMax’s parent company, Foundation Software, in 2014, Eric has served in a variety of roles that have shaped his understanding of the challenges construction professionals face on the job and in the office.

Eric’s background includes time spent as an operations manager at Payroll4Construction and as a leader in the company’s business development. These roles allowed him to work hands-on with contractors, tackling complicated payroll needs and collaborating with software partners to deliver powerful, real-world solutions. Today, as a regional sales manager, he channels that experience into helping clients get the most out of their WorkMax platform.
